The Fandom Customers Tournament 2020 is the fourth edition of the wildly popular tournament. This year, Flipline Studios Fandom and Flipline Studios Fanon Wiki are hosting the tournament! The 96 customers participating in the tournament are coming from: Flipline Studios Fandom (32 Customers), Flipline Studios Fanon Wiki (32 Customers), and groups of Facebook fans (32 Customers).
Introduction
Hi everyone!
Welcome to the FCT20! This tournament is the biggest tournament that has happened throughout the Flipline fanon wikis, and we are glad to have you here to participate! We could not have done it without the positive support from the users on all three wikis. It's because of you that this tournament has thrived for four years. We hope you enjoy this year's edition of the Fandom Customers Tournament!
Changes and Twists
Yes, there are some changes and twists to this year's edition:
- We are combining some customers from the Fandom Customers Tournament 2018 with the FCT20. Many users were disappointed with the tournament's cancellation, so we are choosing the best customers from the FCT18 to put in the FCT20 along with the "normal 64". As a result, the tournament will have 96 customers instead of 64.
- Each round will now only be 2 days long. This is because if we kept rounds 3 days long, the tournament would be over 5 months long! Shortening the rounds to only 2 days will trim the length of the tournament so much that it will actually be 20 days shorter than the FCT19.
- Two wikis are hosting the tournament! Flipline Studios Fandom is hosting because it is their turn to host the tournament. However, Flipline Studios Fanon Wiki has not hosted a successful tournament yet, so they are hosting as well. The tournament will switch wikis after every division, or every 2 rounds, or every 4 days.
Moderators
- LuisAngel01 from Flipline Studios Fandom (FSF) - Luis runs and manages the tournament, as it was his amazing idea that brought this tournament to life all the way back in 2017. Luis also manages the nominations processes of Flipline Studios Fandom and the Facebook fans as well as the Facebook votes for each round of the tournament.
- JK55556 from Flipline Studios Fanon Wiki (FSFW) - JK helps Luis with the tournament, occasionally changing the rounds. JK also manages the nominations processes of Flipline Studios Fanon Wiki and Papa Louie Fanon Wiki as well as the votes that come in on the forum thread during each round.
